Kevin Meehan had a typical childhood with his brothers until his parents divorced. His book, Fallen Peppercorns, follows his young life after the separation of his parents due to depression skidded his normal life to a halt.
He soon found himself fighting to survive, homeless on the streets. After enduring neglect, cruelty, and starvation at the hands of his father and stepmother, Meehan finally ran away as a teenager to try to reunite with his mother. His mother was still trying to put her own life back together and couldn’t take him back in.
He ended up hiding and living in an orange grove near Ojai, California. To survive, Kevin eventually started doing and dealing drugs while suffering through rape and other injustices at the hands of people professing to help him.
Eventually, his mother took him back after he ended up in jail for drug dealing and he began to reform his life. Miraculously, Kevin reversed his type II Diabetes by changing his eating habits and living healthy.
Today, Kevin Meehan has conquered his drug addiction from his teenage years and runs several businesses where he aims to help as many people as possible. First he owns Meehan Formulations, a supplement company geared toward supplements that work with body biochemistry instead of trying to overpower it. He holds patents on his supplements that use the biochemical building blocks of the body to deliver results, including his flagship product ATP which has proven to aid in weight loss, energy levels, heart health, and more.
Next, he owns the Teton Valley Health Clinic, an integrated health clinic focused on holistic care. He’s also working to build Fortified Fuel, a brand that will deliver healthy meals daily to people who can use them to change their eating habits and improve their lives. The first vertical for the company will be diabetes, one that Kevin understands greatly as a former diabetic.
